Today was such a good reminder of why I joined WIIRE.

I just closed on my second investment property in Central Oregon for $125K. I'm planning to put less than $100K into it and expect an ARV around $330K. In a market where the median sale price is around $433K, I KNOW I bought a great deal.

But right now, this house is ROUGH. 😂

Some friends came by today and jokingly said, "Oh, I'm so jealous," and "I almost want to trade our house for this one." Their house is worth around $840K, so the sarcasm was strong. 😂

And honestly, it just made me appreciate this community even more.

I can tell you guys I bought an ugly $125K house, will be all in for less than $225K, and should have a $330K property when I'm done, and you GET why I'm so excited.

My friends see the house as it is today. This group sees the opportunity.

Do I need a certain number of properties before joining?
